Welcome to InkFlow, a mobile application developed by BlomstApps. By downloading, accessing, or using the InkFlow app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with BlomstApps and your use of the services provided by the InkFlow application.

InkFlow offers monthly and yearly subscription plans that provide access to premium features. These subscriptions are handled through Google Play's subscription service.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
The InkFlow app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use information such as device identifiers, location data, and usage statistics to display relevant ads. By using InkFlow, you consent to these practices.
Additionally, InkFlow integrates with third-party services for AI generation, including OpenAI and DreamStudio. These services are essential for the generation of content within the app. By using InkFlow, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these services.
InkFlow may provide the ability for users to create and upload content (e.g Images, Text, ...) within the app. This content will be stored locally on the user's device, and BlomstApps will not have access to, store, or use the content uploaded by users.
As a user, you are solely responsible for the content created and stored on your device. BlomstApps disclaims all liability for any loss, deletion, or misuse of user-generated content stored on your device.
InkFlow allows users to provide feedback via a form in the app. If you choose to provide feedback, we may collect your email address solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiries. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.
BlomstApps reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice if you violate these terms or if your actions may cause legal liability to the Company.
InkFlow is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. BlomstApps will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising from the use or inability to use the app.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or secure. BlomstApps disclaims any responsibility for any issues arising from the use of third-party services (e.g., Google AdMob, OpenAI, DreamStudio).
BlomstApps reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the app will signify your acceptance of those changes.
